Alaska Camping I Want To Spend 3 Or 4 Months In Alaska Camping, What Areas Offer The Most Salmon And Best Conditions?

I want to spend 3 or 4 months in alaska camping, what areas offer the most salmon and best conditions? - alaska camping

3-4 months Camp: The area around Denali is great. Very remote and spectacular landscapes. You should be very successful as an independent backpacker's support, however. And there are no salmon in the region.

Probably the best combination is the Kenai Peninsula. Many options to capture Slamon sea (charter boats in Homer, Deep Creek, Anchor Point, Nilnilchik, Seward or Whittier). And the halibut ports. And salmon in the rivers (Kenai, Kasilof, Deep Creek, Russia).

Because of the Kenai Peninsula offers great hiking and camping. The path to resurrection is 75 miles long hope Seward. Johnson Pass Trail is another very nice. There are campsites in the town of Seward, Kenai, Alaska, Anchorage and Homer. There are campsites in remote national forests, state lands and Wildlife Refuge. And canoe trips in wilderness are world class - and rent a canoe in pounds sterling.

I would stick on the Kenai Peninsula, because the salmon is the best! Make sure you go in July for the best work. If you just rent a car or mobile home would be very happy camping in Seward, Kenai, Alaska, Anchorage and Homer.

I think the Denali National Park is overrun by tour buses, and tons of people do not look with much to do except the mountains.

Bon voyage and go to a charter halibut in Homer, it is worth the money!
