He had a driver's license Wen Pa through the windshield while I was in my wallet. He put some ink on the authorization in the plastic window of my wallet. Has anyone any idea what is there to remove the ink without destroying them my wallet?

I do not know if it works for you or not plastic - Squirt some paint on a cloth and rub the plastic. Setting pen lotion is removed from the clothing. If this fails, you can try Goo-Gone or similar product. Good luck.
