Is There A Grace Period For Ohio Drivers License Lawyer Wants Me There For Husbands Jury Trial.....?

Lawyer Wants Me There for Husbands Jury Trial.....? - is there a grace period for ohio drivers license

My husband will have a jury in the coming week for a violation of driving under suspension. This judge is known in my country, that severe penalties are to engage, especially for repeat offenders. He faces six months to one year.

This is mainly an FRA suspension. Our insurance changed their policy on us (and perfectly legal, that the officer gave permission to change it when he found a policy cheaper for us), and do not give the company a grace period if you make monthly payments. They went on and we canceled a week before his arrest. I did not know his license was suspended and the Ohio State must inform you, and you do not receive the letter from the State or the insurance company until two weeks later.

I do not want TESnar its character. He has me and our family through hell last year, and I fear that what I say to hurt me later in a divorce.

Is there any way I deal to testify?

Yes, no, things go to court ...
If your lawyer gives you a summons, the report of the Advocate
They have nothing good to say about his character ...

If you are planning a divorce, then I do not want to appear in court on their behalf. I hate to kick a dog when he is down. Whether to receive, then stand on their bill. He will, at least on probation, parole, and if it breaks, then go to prison. The lawyer wants it that way, it seems to be a family man, and the court, it is lighter. It's your call. Need a warning shot? Only you know the answer to this question.

The only reason I can see is his statement at this stage to support the application for insurance. What his charater think there's much to the judges see what really about. That a trap difficult to say-22nd W hen you do not testify and was sent to prison and feel guilty if you feel weak and are then used against you. Ohio is a state without no-fault divorce. This means that you are not motivated. But you do not want to be married.
